If a courier is used in memory of the customer, RABAINI.IT declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

As soon as you have filled in the request, you can prepare your package.
Pack the items securely in the box sent by RABAINI.IT. If that’s not possible, use a neutral, sturdy box to make sure items arrive undamaged. If the items are damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.

Check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is carefully and neatly packed.

Check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the garment.

Each garment returned can be worn only for the test of the same. It must not have been worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and / or treated in any way.

Footwear must be tried on on a clean carpet or surface and returned in their original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging.


In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care immediately. We kindly ask you to provide us with detailed information on the defect you are experiencing and to send us photos. Our team will review your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.


Once the return has been received, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been respected: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will make the refund, which will take place through the same payment method used during the purchase, excluding any shipping costs. .

The reimbursement usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.

If the order was paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit – equal to the amount of the returned item – to be used throughout the catalog and without time limits.
